Vegetarian Fried Brown Rice

Brown rice: 60% (brown rice, water); vegetable oil; mixed vegetables; king oyster mushroom; vegetarian fish maw: 2.8%; vegetarian pork roll: 2%; vegetarian seasoning powder; leek; shiitake mushrooms; refined sugar; flavor enhancer (INS 621); iodized salt; sesame oil; pepper.
Method 1: Thawing
- Thaw naturally for 3 - 4 hours,
- Or thaw in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) for 10 - 12 hours.
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Steaming: Place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 5 - 6 minutes.
- Pan-searing: Pour the product into a small pan and heat while stirring gently for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Method 2: No thawing
Remove the outer bag, then heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Tear open or pierce a small hole at one corner of the inner pouch; heat in an 800W microwave for about 5 - 6 minutes.
- Steaming: Place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 10 minutes.
Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
