Manual

Method 1: Thawing
- Thaw naturally for 3 - 4 hours.
- Or thaw in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) for 10 - 12 hours.
Heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Open the pouch, remove the sauce packet and keep it outside; heat in an 800W microwave for about 1.5 - 2.5 minutes (for the noodle tray).
- Steam/boil in pouch: Place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Pan-searing: Pour the product into a small pan and heat while stirring gently for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Method 2: No thawing
Heat the product using one of the following methods:
- Microwave: Open the pouch, remove the sauce packet and keep it outside; heat in an 800W microwave for about 3 - 4 minutes (for the noodle tray).
- Steam/boil in pouch: Place the unopened inner pouch in a pot of water and bring to a boil on the stove for about 12 - 17 minutes.

Preservision

Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
