Fish sauce, sugar, water, vegetable oil, chili sauce, salt, flavor enhancers (INS 621, INS 950), chili, shallots, garlic (1.33%), natural color (INS 150a), ground pepper, shallots (0.67%), onion (0.67%), stabilizers (INS 1414, INS 466, INS 415), preservatives (INS 202, INS 211), chili extract.

Step 1: Marinate 500g meat/fish with 1 pack of SGF Braising Sauce for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Cook over low heat until the meat/fish firms up.

Step 3: Add water to cover the meat/fish and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat; add pepper if desired.
- Store at ambient temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Single-use product. After opening, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
