Seafood: 59.6% (salmon head: 49.1%, salmon fin: 10.5%); Thai sweet-and-sour spicy concentrated broth: 35%; lemongrass; carrot.

Manual

- Thaw the product.
- Mix the concentrated broth sachet with about 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Add the seafood and vegetables and cook until done. Add extra vegetables as desired.
- Serve with rice vermicelli or rice.

Preservision

Store at -18°C or in the freezer compartment.
